Zoeie, CEO and Founder of Support Over Stigma, brings immeasurable experience and unwavering dedication to saving the lives of Military, Veterans, and First Responders. Drawing on her deep family military roots and background in event management, she leads with a mother’s passion for ensuring no one is left behind. Zoeie champions education and a direct, compassionate approach to confronting mental health challenges, setting the vision and heartbeat of SoS.
Sarah Kreiner

As one of the longest-serving board members since SoS’s founding, Sarah is often described as the heart and soul of the organization. She leads and has transformed our care package program with kindness and dedication, and inspires the team and volunteers to uphold the highest standard of care. Her steady presence and compassion set the example for us all, ensuring the mission of Support Over Stigma remains strong and sustainable.
Naomi Kreiner

With a background in sociology, Naomi is one of the driving forces behind Support Over Stigma’s programming. She brings compassion and a keen eye for detail to ensure every program is supportive, inclusive, and accessible to the communities we serve. As an advocate for all, Naomi listens closely to amplify the voices of those we support, making certain no need goes unheard.
John Purnell

With more than 8 years of enterprise program transformation/strategy experience, and an MBA in Global Business and M&A in progress, John is a certified PMP, CSM, and LSSGB who combines sharp financial and operational acumen with people-first, impact-driven leadership. He guides the team with the same discipline he brings to enterprise programs, ensuring every initiative is built for scale, sustainability, and above all, service to those who need it most.
Tiffany Wells

Bringing over 10 years of non-profit leadership and family in all branches of services, Tiffany knows firsthand the challenges veterans face post-deployment and how to support our loved ones. From her background as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and a volunteer leader in banking, she is well adapt to position SoS for continued success; raising $1M+ in grant funding for veterans, disabled, and seniors across Illinois.
Nate Boyless

Nate brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership and two decades of success in consulting to Support Over Stigma. With deep expertise in operations management and personnel development, he is driven by a passion for helping others unlock their highest, most authentic potential. As a proud father, he finds profound joy in serving others—especially through his unwavering support for active service members, veterans, and their families.
John Kissane

Kissane has served in law enforcement for over a decade, dedicating his career to protecting communities and advocating for those who protect others. He brings first-hand insight into the challenges faced by first responders and is a passionate advocate for their mental health and resilience. At Support Over Stigma, John serves as a trusted voice for the law enforcement community, helping shape programs that strengthen support for those on the front lines.
